Mobile top-up and airtime recharge are the main recharge method for SIM card, Hua Rui Pos Terminal can provide great convenience for operators and customers.
TOP-UP is one kind of recharge mode which is provided by communication operator or top-up provider, the consumers can recharge their SIM cards balance by paying to top-up agents.
Process of Top-up:
1. The operator employee collects the fee and operates the Hua Rui POS to print the PIN code receipt for customer
2. Customer edits the message in cellphone with the PIN code information and send it to the operator to proceed the TOP-UP (Or through USSD way)
3. When top-up is successful, the platform will send message notice to the Hua Rui POS and the fixed phone number.
4. The Hua Rui POS application can also collect the statistics, which is convenient for maintenance.
How it works
1. The operator employee gets the phone number to be recharged and collects the fee.
2. Operator employee uses Hua Rui POS to connect with the pop-up platform through 2G/3G/WIFI/Ethernet, applying to recharge to fixed phone number.
3. When top-up is successful, the platform will send message notice to the Hua Rui POS and the fixed phone number.
4. The Hua Rui POS application will then print the related receipts as the proof of successful TOP-UP.
